He holds a Ph.D. from New Mexico State University and is a Texas Licensed Professional Engineer. His background supports scalable, high-quality software products that solve real business needs.
Mutasem Amrat, Eng.
Chief Technology Officer
Mutasem is CTO of Texas Tailored Tech and a Computer Engineering graduate from German Jordanian University. With 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, system architecture, and network engineering, he specializes in building scalable, secure digital platforms. He has led multiple enterprise systems, ERP solutions, and AI-driven applications, combining technical depth with business analysis to deliver innovative, high-impact software solutions.

Feras is Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Texas Tailored Tech and a Smart Cities & Digital Twins specialist with 20+ years of experience in urban planning and digital transformation. He has led large-scale infrastructure and smart city projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His expertise spans IoT, BIM, GIS, and cloud-based platforms, focusing on building data-driven, sustainable, and intelligent systems that connect urban infrastructure with digital innovation.
Amr Sakka, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Amr is CFO of Texas Tailored Tech with 15+ years in global finance, audit, and technology accounting. Former Big 4 audit leader (PwC, BDO, Grant Thornton), he has led IPO readiness, $200M+ M&A, and SaaS financial transformations. He specializes in GAAP/IFRS, SOX, ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP), and revenue recognition (ASC 606). Co-founder of StartupBooks and Friendly Marketing, he builds scalable finance systems and drives strategic growth and financial governance.
